If you have Windows 95/98 go to Start-Programs-MS-DOS Prompt, type: ping 195.170.0.2 and
press Enter. If you see a different message from the one below: Reply from 195.170.0.2
bytes=32 time<10 ms TTL=255, call our NEXT 2U (Customer Care).
There

1. Open Internet Explorer.
Select View-Internet Options-General and Delete Files in
the field Temporary Internet files.
If you use Netscape Communicator, select
Edit-Preferences-Advanced-Cache and
Clear Memory Cache.
2. Also activate the Proxy server

Our proxy server is "proxy.OTENET.gr with Port:8080". Proxy is a server that
keeps track of all the sites visited from you or another user. If you use it, you will
make your browsing faster.
In order to activate the proxy server:
