Having trouble receiving e-mails after installing Norton

Norton Anti Virus makes the following changes to your e-mail
account:
To correct the above changes change the Incoming Mail Server to mail.OTENET.gr and erase
the
/mail.OTENET.gr from the Account Name field, leaving just your username.
